Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
This policy explains what information Landerion Inc ("Landerion", "we", "us", "our") collects when you visit landerion.com (the "Site") or contact us, and how we handle it. We collect as little as possible.
1. Information we collect
Information you send us. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message.
Server logs. Like almost every website, our web server automatically records technical information about requests: IP address, browser type and version (user agent), the pages requested, and the date and time of each request. We use this information solely to keep the Site secure and available.
Nothing else. The Site does not use cookies, does not embed third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and does not include social-media widgets.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate about potential or ongoing engagements.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site (server logs).
- To comply with legal obligations, where applicable.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Legal bases
Where data-protection law such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal data on the following bases: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)); performance of, or steps prior to entering, a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)); and compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
4. Sharing
We share personal information only with the service providers that host our infrastructure and email, strictly to the extent needed to operate the Site and communicate with you, or where disclosure is required by law. We do not share personal information with any other third parties.
5. Retention
Server logs are kept for up to ninety (90) days and then deleted or anonymized. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you and to meet legal record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted.
6. International transfers
The Site is hosted on infrastructure located in the European Union. If we transfer personal data outside the jurisdiction where it was collected, we do so with appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@landerion.com — we respond to all verified requests within thirty (30) days.
8. Children
The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
